Installation of Marcellus gas gathering system in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Scope of work:
Alliance is providing consulting services and assistance with project management, project controls, route development and pipeline engineering for a multi-pipeline gas gathering system. In addition, Alliance is generating construction alignment sheets and providing pipeline design services.
