This project included the engineering, design, drafting, material and equipment procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up services for a fuel gas compression station and gas yard pressure regulation, metering and filtration facility located in North Texas.
The scope of work included necessary engineering, design, drafting, material procurement, and construction services for the installation of three (3) Cooper RAM 52, two-throw, single stage, reciprocating compressors each driven by 900 HP induction motors, complete with the required facility ancillary equipment, and an associated 250 feet of 12” pipeline interconnect to interstate pipeline custody transfer meter site, terminating at the suction of the compressor station.
In addition, gas yard pressure regulation, metering, and gas filtration equipment – located at the power plant and containing 12” and 4” ultrasonic meters, meter PLC, gas chromatograph, moisture analyzer and walk-in enclosure and dual vertical filter coalescers – were installed.
This project was completed in June 2010.
