Alliance Engineering Promotes Edmund-Hugo Lunde and Dan Dutherage

HOUSTON, May 26, 2009 - Alliance Wood Group Engineering (“Alliance”), part of international energy services company John Wood Group PLC (“Wood Group”), has promoted two members to new positions on its senior management team. Edmund-Hugo Lunde has been appointed chief operating officer and Dan Dutherage has been named vice president of business development and marketing.

Edmund Lunde joined Alliance in 1996 and previously served as executive vice president, and vice president of the Onshore and Pipeline Business Units. He has more than 27 years of experience within the international oil and gas industry, during which he held a variety of senior management positions, as well as roles in business development, research and business strategy development. Mr. Lunde is a founding member of the Professional Institute of Pipeline Engineers and a member of the Norwegian Society of Engineers, the Project Management Institute and the American Management Association.

Dan Dutherage brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to his new position, which is responsible for revenue generation and marketing activities for Alliance’s three business units: Deepwater, Shelf/FPSO and Onshore. He has held a variety of business development positions during his 10 years with Alliance, and served most recently as vice president of business development for the Onshore Business Unit. Mr. Dutherage is a member of the International Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) and the Pipeliners Association of Houston.
