Edmund Lunde – President

Edmund Lunde has been with Alliance since 1996, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. During his 28 years in the energy industry, he has developed strong international and domestic engineering and project management experience for both offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities.

Norb Roobaert – Chairman

Norb Roobaert founded Alliance in 1993 and served as President until October 2009, providing executive-level direction for all aspects of company operations including company growth, business development initiatives, financial management, human resources management, and delivery of technical services.  He has over 35 years of experience providing engineering and project management in the international and domestic oil and gas industry.

Roser Segarra – Chief Financial Officer

Roser Segarra has more than 10 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas industry, most of it in a senior or managerial position.  She is responsible for the administrative, financial, contract, and risk management operations of Alliance.  Roser is qualified by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Darin Hittle – Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Darin Hittle has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Since joining Alliance in 2008, he has helped establish the company’s presence in domestic shale plays and has achieved strong growth in this market segment.  Darin has also helped grow Alliance's international business.  He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development for the Onshore Business Unit in Denver.  Darin is a past board member of the Gas Processors Association (GPA).

Kent McAllister – Vice President of Offshore Business Unit

Kent McAllister has been with Alliance since 1996.  He possesses more than 24 years of engineering operations and design experience, including more than 17 years in the oil and gas industry.  He is an experienced offshore project engineer and manager, possessing 14 years of experience managing all phases of deepwater projects and fixed platform projects.  Kent directs the Offshore Business Unit – including business development, technical direction, project management, and resource development – and is responsible for ensuring the success of Alliance's offshore projects.

Chuck Law – Vice President of Onshore Business Unit

Chuck Law possesses 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in project management, program management, employee supervision, due diligence, asset optimization, and field operations in the design and construction of pipelines and onshore facilities.
