Edmund Lunde – President

Edmund Lunde has been with Alliance since 1996, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. During his 28 years in the energy industry, he has developed strong international and domestic engineering and project management experience for both offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities.

Norb Roobaert, P.E. – Chairman

Norb Roobaert founded Alliance in 1993 and served as President until October 2009, providing executive-level direction for all aspects of company operations including company growth, business development initiatives, financial management, human resources management, and delivery of technical services.  He has over 35 years of experience providing engineering and project management in the international and domestic oil and gas industry.

Dan Dutherage – Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Dan Dutherage has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, holding multiple positions in business development.  He is responsible for managing client relationships, developing market strategies, obtaining new business, and supervising the business development, marketing, and public relations staff.  He is a member of the International Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA).

Wayne Mueller – Vice President of Deepwater Business Unit

Wayne Mueller possesses more than 18 years of project management and engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.  Wayne is responsible for designs of topsides facilities and structures, including TLP's, semi-submersibles, and SPAR's.  Wayne also has significant experience with the design of fixed structure platforms and FPSO's.

Ricardo Abascal – Vice President of Shelf / FPSO Business Unit

Ricardo Abascal possesses 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  He has a wide variety of experience in all facets of project and engineering management for onshore upstream, shallow water, and offshore oil and gas production, gas compression, and power generation facilities.  He has served as Executive Sponsor for the development of FPSO projects in several international locations and the Gulf of Mexico. 

Chuck Law – Vice President of Onshore Business Unit

Chuck Law possesses 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in project management, program management, employee supervision, due diligence, asset optimization, and field operations in the design and construction of pipelines and onshore facilities.
